Trial
Terms and Conditions

1. Trials are arranged by phone, the arrangements being confirmed in our trial-introduction email. An inspection invoice is attached to the trial-introduction email and a copy is sent after the trial. No action whatsoever is then required unless schools choose to subscribe by either paying the invoice, advising us that payment is being made, placing an order or advising us of their intention to subscribe.

2. The website is designed for use with Windows PC although an increasing range of resources are being designed to work on iPad as well.

3. The trial licence entitles schools to unlimited free use of the website during the trial period.

4. Using the website during the trial period does not commit schools in any way.

5. During the trial, schools are provided with a trial login which gives full access to all resources. If schools decide to go ahead after the trial, a licence with a new school login will be issued.

6. During the trial, schools are sent a weekly update to remind them of the trial, and draw attention to different types of resources. These stop as soon as the trial finishes or on cancellation of the trial at any point.

7. The trial login will remain open to allow time for payment of our inspection invoice to reach us, during which time schools may continue using the trial login to access the website if they are going ahead with a subscription. No action is required if schools do not wish to subscribe, as the trial terminates automatically and our inspection invoice is cancelled by default if we do not receive payment.

8. The website can be used on any number of school computers and devices, all of which can use the website at the same time.

9. All teachers are entitled to access the website at home for planning and preparation using the trial login.

10. Schools may print, save, cut and paste where appropriate, and generally use all resources in any format they consider to be to the best advantage of their own pupils within the school during the trial period.

11. The trial entitles schools to full support during the trial period, either by phone or e-mail, in order to answer any questions or resolve any problems. We respond to all enquiries within twenty-four hours, although our response is normally far quicker than that.

Terms and Conditions

1. The duration and expiry date of subscriptions, together with the school login, are clearly stated on all licences, which are emailed to schools on receipt of payment or confirmation order.

2. The website is designed for use with Windows PC although an increasing range of resources are being designed to work on iPad as well.

3. Licensed schools may use the website on unlimited school computers and devices. Any number of school computers and devices can access the website at the same time.

4. All teachers are entitled to access the website at home for planning and preparation for the school's benefit using the school login.

5. Licensed schools automatically have full access to all new materials which are added to the website.

6. Licensed schools may print, save, cut and paste where appropriate, and generally use all resources in any format they consider to be to the best advantage of their own pupils within the school.

7. Licensed schools are entitled to full support, either by phone or e-mail, in order to answer any questions or resolve any problems. We respond to all enquiries within twenty-four hours, although our response is normally far quicker than that.

8. Licensed schools may request one extended (approximately one hour) telephone session with Nicolas Roberts to introduce and explain the various resources on the website. This phone call, for which there is no charge, can be requested at a time to suit the school.

9. In order to prevent any loss of service, the licence will automatically renew on expiry of the current licence. To avoid any inconvenience to teachers, the school login will remain open while we await payment, as we appreciate that payments can take a substantial time to be processed. Teachers can make full use of the service during this period.

10. Licensed schools not wishing to renew must notify us in writing prior to the licence expiring, in order that we can close the login on expiry, or the next year's subscription is payable in full. No part-year subscriptions or refunds are available. No resources which have been printed or saved during the subscription period may be used if the subscription is not renewed.

11. The website will continue to evolve, change and grow in response to ongoing developments in the curriculum and new resources and teaching approaches will continue to be developed and added to the site accordingly.

12. Licenced schools automatically receive regular email updates as part of the service, reminding teachers of the school login and introducing new resources which have recently been added to the website.
